At Community Integrated Health Services (CIHS), we're looking for a Certified Peer Counselor to support adults in their recovery journey through our Jail Diversion program. This is a chance to do meaningful, community-based work while being part of a supportive, team-focused environment.

What You'll Do
  • Support adults using your lived experience
  • Help develop and follow recovery/treatment plans
  • Partner with clinicians and Jail Diversion team members
  • Encourage skill-building and self-directed recovery
  • Share observations and support ongoing care decisions
  • Help engage diverse adults in services
Qualifications

What You Bring

  • WA State Certified Peer Specialist credential from Department of Health
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Personal or lived experience with mental health and/or substance use recovery
  • 2+ years of peer support experience
