Information Technology Technician

Location: Longview, WA (Onsite)

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

We are looking for an experienced Information Technology Support Technician to provide onsite desktop and end user support across multiple client locations.

• Provide onsite End User Computing (EUC) and desktop support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network connectivity issues.
• Handle incidents, service requests, IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change), and break-fix activities.
• Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, Outlook, VPN, and remote support tools.
• Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops and laptops.
• Manage software deployment, patching, and endpoint administration using SCCM and Microsoft Intune.
• Perform desktop imaging, software installations, upgrades, and updates.
• Support printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
• Troubleshoot Active Directory related issues.
• Use Service Now or similar ITSM tools for ticket management.
• Maintain asset inventory and documentation.
• Provide VIP and executive support when required.

• 2 to 4 years of Desktop Support / End User Computing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Hands‑on experience with SCCM and Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with Service Now or other ITSM tools.
• Good knowledge of Active Directory.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office, Outlook, VPN, and remote support tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
