Pacific Supply is a distributor of building products with over 50 locations throughout the Western United States and has been serving the construction industry since 1953. We are seeking a Branch Manager responsible for growing revenue through outside sales while also overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
Roofing products expertise is highly preferred!

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Growth
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers within the construction and building products community.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities to expand market share and increase branch sales.
  • Conduct outside sales visits, develop customer proposals, and follow through to close business.
  • Ensure the branch maintains a positive impact on customers through exceptional service offerings and continuous improvement initiatives.
Branch Operations & Leadership
  • Assume full accountability for branch profit and loss, operational performance, and financial results.
  • Direct and coordinate all branch functions including sales, yard operations, and administrative/office functions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop branch employees to build a strong and cohesive team.
  • Evaluate operational workflows and implement improvements to better serve customer needs.
Job Requirements
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills with a proven ability to develop others.
  • Experience in outside sales, preferably in building products, construction, or distribution.
  • Minimum three years of management experience, including financial oversight and understanding of basic income statements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong customer service abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent work experience (preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Compensation
  • $70,000 - $100,000 annually (+bonus)
