Pacific Supply is a distributor of building products with over 50 locations throughout the Western United States and has been serving the construction industry since 1953. We are seeking a Branch Manager responsible for growing revenue through outside sales while also overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
Roofing products expertise is highly preferred!
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers within the construction and building products community.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities to expand market share and increase branch sales.
- Conduct outside sales visits, develop customer proposals, and follow through to close business.
- Ensure the branch maintains a positive impact on customers through exceptional service offerings and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assume full accountability for branch profit and loss, operational performance, and financial results.
- Direct and coordinate all branch functions including sales, yard operations, and administrative/office functions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop branch employees to build a strong and cohesive team.
- Evaluate operational workflows and implement improvements to better serve customer needs.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with a proven ability to develop others.
- Experience in outside sales, preferably in building products, construction, or distribution.
- Minimum three years of management experience, including financial oversight and understanding of basic income statements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong customer service abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent work experience (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- $70,000 - $100,000 annually (+bonus)
