The Supervisor will coordinate schedules, oversee staff, maintain a supportive environment, and manage daily activities to provide consistent client care.

• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise staff.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good time‑management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Ability to satisfactorily pass criminal history and reference checks.

• Some college.
• Experience providing services to the elderly and/or people with disabilities.

This full‑time position is based in Longview, WA, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
