* Required:

*** High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
** Preferred:
*** Previous experience in industrial production experience
* Familiarity with mobile equipment and mechanical aptitude
** Compensation:
** NORPAC encourages professional development/tenure and rewards its employees based on time and performance. Starting pay is $24.71/hour, including a premium. Based on time and performance, pay typically reaches full rate of $33.49 per hour in about 18 months.
