Ideally,you’llbe available for a 4- to 8-monthterm.

- Salaries starting from $3,700 per month (based on your year inschool and previous experience).
- Temporary living allowance for interns moving to the area forthe role.
What You’ll Do
- Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and learn how a modern sawmill operates.
- Explore production processes and discover how teams work together to safely produce quality wood products.
- Contribute to projects focused on process improvement, operational efficiency, and production performance.
- Analyze data and observations to identify opportunities for improvement across mill operations.
- Work alongside experienced operations professionals while building leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
What You Bring
- You are working toward a degree or diploma in Wood Products Processing, Business, Operations Management, Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical), Supply Chain, or another industry-related program.
- You are committed tomaintaininga safe work environment without compromise.
- You are curious, hands-on, and interested in learning how a manufacturing operation works.
- You communicate clearly and enjoy working with employees across different teams and departments.
- You are comfortable reviewing information, asking questions, and helping solve problems.
- You are comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
