Requirements
- Required:
Nurse Practitioner Board Certification (AANC) or Physician Assistant Board Certification (NCCPA) - Required:
Active ARNP or PA license in Oregon, or ability to obtain during the credentialing process - Required:
Certification in BLS, ACLS, or PALS within 30 days of hire
