Certified Nursing Assistant; CNA - Canterbury Gardens

We are seeking a skilled and resident‑centered CNA to join our Resident Services Department at Canterbury Gardens memory care.

Full‑time opportunity. Earn between $20.50 and $21.50/hour, dependent on experience. All shifts available: 4 on / 2 off. New CNA grads welcome to apply.

You pride yourself in providing exceptional hospitality and personal aide. This role delivers, in a safe and efficient manner, the highest quality individualized assistance program to all residents.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activity while providing personal care assistance.
• Respond to all resident needs and/or requests for care promptly and provide or obtain assistance with care as necessary.
• Keep the environment safe and clean for residents.
• Observe and uphold resident rights at all times.
• Observe residents for changes in physical, emotional, mental, or behavioral condition, unusual symptoms, accidents, injuries, or unusual occurrences, and report promptly to a licensed nurse.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Washington State.
• NARs, EAs, RAs, and/or HCAs will need additional training and testing before working and earning the same rate as a CNA.
• Ability to gain CPR/First‑Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations.
• Drug‑free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely.
• Pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations.
