As a Ride Thru Attendant at Washman, you’ll be assisting our customers during their visit by explaining our car wash options, sales and promotions, preparing and loading their vehicles into our car washes with the use of hand signals and verbal instructions, and directing customers to our self-service vacuum areas.

Ride Thru Attendants are constantly moving from car to car and throughout the lot. This is not a job for the faint of heart. Unlike other positions, you will be moving a lot and you won’t be standing in one spot. Come prepared to move.

• 1 Ride Thru Attendant With The Following Schedule Open: (Friday-Tuesday, 9AM-6:00PM)

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet all customers with a friendly attitude and smile
• Explain car wash options.
• Upsell washes, gift cards, unlimited wash passes, and other promotions.
• Execute frequent inspections of the assigned wash grounds and vending area to maintain cleanliness
• Perform repair and preventative maintenance to wash, vacuum, and vending equipment
• Perform necessary vehicle pre-wash inspections for items/vehicles that may cause damage to wash equipment or other customers
• Administer lane and tunnel flow management
• Interact professionally with other team members and customers
• Perform other duties as business needs require
