This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative based in Longview, WA. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Key tasks include prospecting for new clients, presenting product solutions, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining product knowledge and staying informed about market trends to drive business growth.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills with a proven ability to meet sales targets
• Customer relationship management skills, with a focus on communication and problem-solving
• Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other standard sales tools
• Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is highly advantageous
