, we’re proud to be a leading manufacturer in the Pacific Northwest, producing high-quality paperboard products that power global packaging solutions. We’re looking for highly qualified technicians
to join our extruder/laminating maintenance team. Nippon Dynawave Packaging is a union facility; this is a union position. Pay rate is $49.15 to $49.15.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work closely with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot, modify, install, and repair a wide range of plant equipment and systems, including:

• Motors, meters, and instrumentation
• Control panels and PLCs
• Medium voltage equipment and transformers
• Compressors, air handlers, and overhead hoists
• Hydraulic/pneumatic systems, gearboxes, and pumps

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment upgrades
• Execute millwright tasks: welding, pipe fitting, machining, and fabrication
• Maintain accurate records and follow safety protocols
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment reliability

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of industrial electrical experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and fabrication
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
