• Install residential & lite commercial heating, cooling, and ventilation systems with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Work alongside a team to complete installs on time and up to company standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges in the field
• Ensure all work meets safety codes and best practices
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and provide a great customer experience
• Maintain accurate job documentation (materials, time, and work performed)

• 2+ year of residential HVAC installation experience. Commercial experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and basic electrical
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
• Solid problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team‑first mindset
• Valid driver’s license and required Washington certifications/licenses

• Take pride in clean, high-quality installs
• Want to grow into a lead installer or senior technician role
