Execute corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance work orders as planned to support asset reliability and minimize downtime;
Troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain paperboard converting equipment and general facility systems using mechanical and electrical expertise;
Promote and uphold a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with safety standards;
Participate in process improvement and root cause analysis initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity;
Provide accurate repair time estimates and complete maintenance documentation
