Journey Level Millwright

Weyerhaeuser seeks a Journey Level Millwright to support safe, reliable operations in our manufacturing facility. In this skilled labor role, you will install, maintain, and repair industrial mechanical equipment, including conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and rotating machinery. You'll perform precision alignment, welding, and preventative maintenance while following strict safety, environmental, and lockout/tagout standards. Working closely with operations and reliability teams, you'll help drive uptime, continuous improvement, and sustainable manufacturing aligned with Weyerhaeuser's values of safety, integrity, and environmental stewardship.
