We’re seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a full-time Longview Home Care Supervisor at Korean Women’s Association (KWA). Apply cares.org.

As a Longview Home Care Supervisor, you coordinate schedules, ensuring clients receive timely care. You manage daily activities, foster teamwork among caregivers, and create a supportive environment that makes a lasting impact on the lives of those you serve.

• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to supervise staff
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good time‑management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Ability to satisfy criminal history and reference checks

• Some college education
• Experience providing services to the elderly and/or people with disabilities

This is a full‑time position based in Longview, WA, with a typical schedule of Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
