Position Overview

Weyerhaeuser's Washington trucking operation is seeking an Intermediate Log Truck Driver in Longview, WA. Weyerhaeuser is a premier timber and wood products company with over 125 years in the industry. Our roots run deep in the PNW with tree farms and manufacturing strategically located to provide sustainable products to our customers for years to come.

Drive long‑log and short‑log trucks on a predictable schedule Monday through Friday, day shift hours with optional overtime. Operate trucks serviced by company mechanics to ensure they run every day. Be safety‑conscious and adhere to all safety procedures and practices.

• Verifiable high school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 1‑year Class A CDL driving experience
• Current DOT medical card
• Driving record must be clear of current incidents/citations
• Ability to meet continuous training requirements
• Successful completion of a post‑offer physical exam, drug screen and background check

This position is designated by WY as a safety‑sensitive position and requires pre‑employment testing for cannabis and its metabolites.

Wages and benefits are set by the labor agreement between Weyerhaeuser and the union representing employees at this work site. The pay rate is $29.550 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid sick time, retirement, vacation, holiday pay, and relocation assistance for those that qualify. Hourly employees are represented by the IAM‑AW union. Employees can enroll in a 401(k) plan with a company match equal to 5% of eligible pay.

Full‑time day shift (1st). Optional overtime.
