System Transport is hiring experienced CDL‑A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes. Drivers will transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. The role includes fast and flexible route options with most weekends off.

- Promotion: $5K Hiring Bonus – limited time only

- Home Time: Off most weekends for a 34‑hour reset
Weekly Pay: $903.55 – $2,021.54 (depends on experience, routes, attendance, length of service)
Annual Pay: $46,984.82 – $
Bonus: $5,000 Hiring Bonus payable in four installments of $1,250, each 90 days over a 12‑month period. Eligibility requires current employment and active driving.
Additional accessorial compensation may include tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over‑dimensional pay.
Transition Package: $1,800 (includes $1,000 for orientation within first two weeks).

- Sick time accrual: 1 hour per 30 hours worked; 80‑120 hours PTO based on tenure
- Additional benefits available after eligibility waiting period
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- Safe driving record – no more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Minimum 4 months CDL‑A driving experience (preferred 1 year)
- Background check required
- Clear drug test required
- Clear clearinghouse result required
- Physical ability to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice during orientation
- Owner/operators and trainees with less than 4 months experience are not eligible for the bonus
