Full Time, Home Weekly

Salary: $1,033.39 – $1,795.03 per week ($53,736.33 – $93,341.73 per year). Experience, routes, attendance and length of service affect pay.

• Transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.
• Drive regional routes from Ennis, TX division 264.
• Maintain a safe driving record and comply with all transport regulations.
• Perform the required 90‑pound tarp lift during orientation and demonstrate competence in loading approximately 70% of loads on the flatbed.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 21 years of age or older.
• At least 4 months of driving experience.
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• Clean background check, drug test and trucking-clearance house results.
• Physical ability to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑ft platform and operate the vehicle safely.

Preferred: 1 year of truck driving experience (not required).

• Flatbed regional driver rate $0.52 – $0.66 per mile.
• Accessorial pay: tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety, over‑dimension, etc.
• Transition Package: $1,800 (includes $1,000 allocated to orientation).

• Accrued PTO: 80 hours for 1‑9 years of service, 120 hours for 10+ years; accrue 1 hour of sick leave per 30 hours worked.

• Modern flatbed trucks equipped with lane departure and forward collision warning, hard brake monitoring, and satellite communications.
• 24/7/365 road service and maintenance.
• Driver portal app for real‑time updates, pay access, trip data, messages and PTO.
