System Transport, Longview, WA – full‑time OTR flatbed driver.

• Weekly pay: $1,171.40 – $2,106.07 (depending on experience, routes, attendance, and service length)
• Annual pay: $60,912.97 – $
• Flat‑bed OTR rate: $0.55 – $0.60 per mile
• Accessorial pay: tarp, stop, detention, border crossings, safety bonuses, over‑dimensional, etc.
• Annual transition package: $1,800 (includes $1,000 for orientation)
• Benefits available after waiting period: health, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k) & matching, life insurance, employee assistance, PTO accrual, and more.

• 3 weeks on call, then 3 days off (varies slightly by division)

As a driver, you will be responsible for:

• Transporting key materials including glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals across regional to OTR routes.
• Maintaining accurate trip documentation and meeting safety standards.
• Performing pre‑trip inspections and reporting any issues.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Safe driving record; no more than six jobs in the last three years.
• At least 4 months of driving experience (preferred: one year).
• Background check.
• Clean drug test.
• Clean Clearinghouse result.
• Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a five‑foot high platform twice during orientation.
