CDL A Driver - CDL Graduates - Western Regional - Paid Training

Longview drivers who just finished CDL school: a western regional fleet that trains you on the road and averages $1,500 a week.

• Ride with an experienced trainer on real loads
• Paid every week during training
• $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay for your first 3 months after first solo dispatch

• Dry van in all states west of the Mississippi
• Around 2,000 miles per week
• Home every 2 weeks

• $1,500 average weekly gross
• $0.50 per mile to start
• $15 stop pay, performance bonus

• Medical, dental and vision kick in at 30 days
• 401k with a company match
• PTO that builds as you work
• $300 orientation pay, and the trip to orientation is covered
• Riders and pets: experienced drivers from day one, new drivers after training

• Class A CDL, 21 or older
• Completed 120+ hours at an accredited CDL school
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years
• Able to pass a DOT physical plus hair and urine drug testing
• Live within 200 miles of Troutdale, OR
