We carry a full line of TCGs, miniatures, board games, card games, RPGs, dice, and gaming supplies from the industry's top manufacturers. We are currently looking for a dedicated Invoice & Receiving Clerk to join our team!

Hours of business:
Monday – Thursday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm;
Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (40 hours per week). This position could require extended hours, and occasional weekends as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Invoice Processing:
  Process vendor invoices, match them to POS, and ensure data accuracy. Input data into accounting or inventory systems. Calculate and record charges, including shipping and taxes.
• Inventory and Records:
  Update inventory records with received items and locations. Maintain organized files and records of invoices, receipts, and delivery logs.
• Discrepancy Resolution:
  Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments (like Procurement) to resolve discrepancies, damages, or shortages. Process returns for incorrect or damaged items.
• Payments & Reporting:
  Support monthend closing and generate reports as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED

• Proven experience in a or accounts payable role
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Proficiency in data entry and basic accounting principles
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, SAP) is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
