Accounts Receivable Supervisor

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is confident, persistent, organized, and results-driven. You’ll oversee daily collection activities, coach and develop team members, manage aging accounts, resolve billing and payment issues, and ensure outstanding balances are followed through to resolution.

• Lead, train, and coach the Accounts Receivable team
• Establish collection goals and monitor team performance
• Review aging reports and prioritize outstanding accounts
• Make and oversee outbound collection calls
• Resolve unpaid, underpaid, and denied invoices
• Secure payment commitments and ensure timely follow-up
• Handle complex, high-dollar, and escalated accounts
• Track collection performance and provide A/R reporting
• Improve collection processes and departmental efficiency

• 3+ years of A/R, collections, medical billing, or related experience
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
• Healthcare or workers’ compensation experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to coach employees and hold team members accountable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• A proactive, professional, and persistent approach to collections
