We're looking for a toddler teacher who's genuinely excited to be part of it all. You'll design hands-on lessons, guide early social and emotional growth, and help our littlest learners build the foundation for a lifetime of curiosity.

What You'll Do

• Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities rooted in play-based learning
• Create a safe, warm classroom where toddlers feel secure enough to explore and try new things
• Nurture social skills and emotional growth through everyday moments and interactions
• Track developmental milestones and keep families in the loop with updates that matter
• Partner with fellow teachers to swap ideas and strengthen our curriculum together
• Keep your classroom clean, organized, and inviting a space toddlers love walking into

What You Bring

• 1+ years of hands-on experience with toddlers in an early childhood setting
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• A solid understanding of child development principles
• Clear, friendly communication with children, families, and teammates alike
• Patience, flexibility, and genuine enthusiasm for the beautiful chaos of the toddler years
