Cad Technician

Job Title

Experience with Trimble Business Center for preparing as-built drawings. Ability to read and comprehend construction plans. Knowledge of water and sewer, as well as paving and drainage plans. Knowledge of county requirements for as-built drawings. Prepare as-built drawings for surveyor review and signature. General construction knowledge.

Full-time, in-office position Monday through Friday schedule Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, standing, walking, and carrying materials up to 50+ pounds. Must be capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and humidity. Position requires the ability to work with varying job site conditions. Ability to safely perform duties in outdoor construction environments under changing grounds and weather conditions.

Intermediate Level

This is a Contract position based out of Longwood, FL.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
