Internship Opportunity:

We are offering 10 internship positions for the Spring/Summer of 2025. Intern positions will be tailored to align with each intern's degree program and area of interest within the bank. This could include opportunities in various departments such as:

Customer Service, Lending, Finance, Marketing, Operations and more!

Responsibilities:

Interns will be expected to:

* Perform tasks and projects assigned by their supervisor, gaining hands-on experience in their designated area.

* Learn and apply bank policies and procedures.

* Work collaboratively with team members.

* Participate in training and development activities.

* Meet deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy.

* Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Compensation &

Schedule:

Hourly Rate:
Starting at $18.00 per hour

Work Schedule:

Part-time or Full-time options available. A minimum of 10-15 hours per week is required.

The 10 interns will participate in a structured program, fostering a sense of community and collaboration.

Potential for Full-Time Employment:
Based on performance and business needs, eligible interns will be offered a full-time position prior to the conclusion of the program upon graduation.

Qualifications:

* Currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited college or university.

* Strong academic record.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

* A genuine interest in the financial services industry.
