- Take customer calls, answer questions, process orders, and verify insurance.
- Handle all orders coming in through fax and process them accordingly.
Respiratory Therapy/DME Company that was established in 1991 and are regional providers for Medicare, Medicare and most Private Insurance plans. For over 20 years, Respitec has been serving the home medical needs of Central Florida patients. With three offices in Longwood, Kissimmee and Lecanto-Inverness, we are positioned to conveniently serve you. We are one of the largest independent providers in Central Florida.
We are big enough to provide a vast range of products and services, but being locally owned and operated has allowed us to offer personal care to our patients.
- At least one year of DME CSR experience.
- At least 4-5 years overall CSR experience (however the more seasoned the better).
- At least 1.5-2 years of insurance verification.
- Experience handling high call volume, roughly 500 calls split between 4 people (must have handled at least 75 calls per day in the past).
- Critical thinker.
Hours for this Position:
M-F 8:30-5 or 9-5:30p.
Benefits- Competitive salary $13 - $15 per hour.
