Overview

Project Manager, Commercial Outdoor Spaces

North Orlando Area, On Site

We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to manage, coordinate, and oversee designated commercial outdoor space projects. This is a project management and coordination role, not a design or drafting role.

The Project Manager is responsible for project planning, estimating, plan reviews, bidding and awarding, scheduling, vendor relationship management, contract negotiation, and overall project oversight. The role includes coordination and communication with internal and external teams, risk identification, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Based in the North Orlando area, with onsite presence required and regular travel throughout the territory. Travel is approximately 25 to 35 percent.

Responsibilities
  • Manage project planning, estimating, plan reviews, bidding and awarding, scheduling, vendor relationship management, contract negotiation, and overall project oversight. Coordinate and communicate with internal and external teams, identify risks, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Required Qualifications
  • Manage multiple project schedules and action plans
  • Experience with cost estimating, financial analysis, budget reviews, and labor reports
  • Source and negotiate with subcontractors and material suppliers
  • Create, track, and communicate project schedules
  • Read and interpret contract documents
  • Read and understand architectural and civil or site plans
  • Knowledge of bid review and qualification processes
  • Knowledge of construction contracts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and project management software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or science, engineering, or a related field
  • 2 to 3 years of commercial project management experience

Compensation: $60,000 per year
