Responsibilities- Conduct regular on-site branch visits and follow-up visits to ensure execution of action items.
- Monitor and evaluate branch performance related to deposits, loans, sales activity, and customer engagement.
- Evaluate branch appearance, cleanliness, marketing materials, and professional dress standards.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to branch managers and staff to strengthen sales behaviors.
- Document observations, action plans, and outcomes for leadership review.
- Collaborate with branch leadership and internal partners to drive continuous improvement.

QualificationsRequired
- Three (3) to five (5) years of retail experience
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Ability to travel extensively, a valid and clean driver’s license is essential for extensive regional travel
- Fluent in English; bilingual a plus
Preferred
- Leadership or performance management
- Bachelor’s Degree
This is a Full-Time position:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Flexibility for evening and weekend work may be required as business demands.
High travel requirement (75%) across the assigned branch network.
