Job Role s and Responsibilities
Operations & Budget Management:
- Manage multiple assigned accounts and their personnel.
- Maintain assigned locations within established budgets.
- Schedule account personnel and manage daily operational activities.
- Monitor the use of sanitary supplies, cleaning supplies, equipment, machinery, and safety equipment.
- Prepare supply orders according to company procedures and budget requirements.
Quality Control & Inspections:
- Conduct location inspections and audits to ensure work meets company and client quality standards.
- Perform a minimum of 10 inspections per week.
- Identify unsatisfactory work and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Submit completed inspections and action plans to ownership.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inspection files.
Staff Management & Administration:
- Train, counsel, and discipline assigned staff when necessary.
- Ensure employees follow company policies and procedures regarding timekeeping, communication, uniforms, safety, supplies, and chemical use.
- Prepare timesheet cover sheets and supporting documentation for missing punches, signatures, or time entries.
- Prepare paperwork for new hires, employee changes, and terminations.
Client Relations & Operations:
- Maintain effective communication with clients and facility personnel.
- Understand and respond to client needs and requirements.
- Support personnel, customer relations, and special projects as needed.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory agencies.
- Maintain facilities in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition.
Leadership & Performance:
- Promote company culture, values, and management philosophy.
- Provide quality leadership in achieving performance plans.
- Coach, mentor, and hold employees accountable.
- Build productive relationships with employees and customers.
Education & Experience:
- Two-year college degree AND a minimum of 5 years of janitorial industry experience with operating experience; OR
- An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Demonstrated proficiency with general business practices. - Language:
Spanish/English bilingual ability is preferred. - Schedule:
Willingness to work occasional weekends.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods.
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach upward, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Possible exposure to chemicals requiring appropriate protective clothing or safety equipment.
