• The job requires physical stamina to perform tasks involving movement, lifting up to 50 lbs, and excellent communication; it includes a flexible 45+ hours per week schedule with availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays, and offers a competitive salary with benefits.

The General Manager will be responsible for leadership and supervision of store personnel , inventory tracking and management, achieving key performance metric s and ensuring the efficient daily operations of the store. This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer experience .

• Plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results
• Maintain brand standard sin visual merchandising
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance withall company SOPsand assure that any changes are communicated to employees
• Evaluateemployeeperformanceandidentifyhiringandtrainingneeds
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team that is focused on company service standards and accountability to meet specific objectives
• Responsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalations
