Job Overview
RN Med‑Surg position located near Longwood, FL. Full‑time, permanent, day shift.
Responsibilities- Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation.
- Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team.
- Analyze assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues.
- Identify expected outcomes and develop an individualized plan of care.
- Act as an advocate for patient safety.
- Ensure effective use of time, supplies, and equipment.
- Educate patients regarding medications, procedures, and treatments, providing support throughout their stay.
- College degree.
- Florida RN license.
- BLS certification.
- At least one year of prior experience.
Pay: $30–$44 per hour.
