Nurse Care Supervisor RN

Lifespace Communities is seeking a Nurse Care Supervisor RN to lead resident-centered care within our senior living community. In this supervisory role, you'll coordinate and oversee nursing services, guide clinical staff, and ensure adherence to best-practice standards in geriatric care. Working within our inclusive, compassionate culture, you'll mentor team members, support care planning and assessments, and partner closely with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily nursing care for senior residents
• Oversee clinical staff assignments, performance, and adherence to policies
• Conduct and review resident assessments and update care plans
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families on care strategies
• Support staff training, mentoring, and performance feedback
• Monitor quality indicators and participate in improvement initiatives
• Respond to urgent clinical issues and guide escalation of care
• Promote a respectful, resident-centered culture of compassion
• Maintain accurate documentation within electronic health records
