This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Sales Agent based in Longwood, FL. The Insurance Sales Agent will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, assessing needs to provide tailored insurance solutions, and effectively explaining plan features. The role also includes networking to generate leads, managing the enrollment process, and providing ongoing customer service and support.

• Excellent communication, active listening, and presentation abilities
• Experience in customer service and relationship management
• Knowledge of insurance products and enrollment processes or a willingness to learn
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address client needs effectively
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant technology
• State insurance license or the ability to obtain one; prior insurance sales experience is a plus
