We are a family-owned construction/remodeling company specializing in residential kitchen and bathroom renovations
. With a reputation built on quality work and customer satisfaction, we are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our team and help clients bring their dream spaces to life.

• Meet with homeowners to assess renovation needs
• Provide detailed proposals and estimates for remodeling projects
• Educate clients on materials, design options, and timelines
• Manage leads, follow up, and close sales
• Collaborate with project managers and design teams
• Use CRM software to track sales activity and customer communications

• 5+ years of experience in residential remodeling or construction sales
• Strong knowledge of kitchen and bathroom remodeling processes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Base Salary: Starting at $30,000/year
• Commission: High, uncapped earning potential
• Performance bonuses and incentives

• Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week
• Occasional evenings/weekends based on client availability
