We are seeking a New Business Development Associate to join our team s role is crucial in helping us obtain new locations to expand into different markets. We are currently seeking self-motivating, sociable, proficient communicators to join as our entry-level New Business Development Associate. We are looking for passionate people who want to learn how to develop business in the veterinary industry.
In the New Business Development position, you will be required to contact prospective businesses to obtain a mutual agreement. This will allow Shot Vet to be able to hold our pet clinics at their location. These duties and responsibilities will include:
- Research new marketing areas.
- Outbound calls to secure locations for our mobile vet service to visit.
- Gather and analyze marketing data and assist with sharing this information accordingly.
- Being in the office on the phone and internet.
- Being organized, self-motivation, pleasant over the phone, with a strong ability to follow up.
- Other duties as assigned.
High School Degree (Required) Associate (Preferred)
Proven working experience in business development, B2B sales, or otherwise relevant area with a developed sales track record Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong knowledge of Hubspot Strong communication skills Must be able to submit a background check. Must be able to work independently.
