Security Officer Patrol Specialist

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, transport drivers, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an auto auction location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, vehicle lot issues, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout auction lanes, parking areas, entry and exit points, offices, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and vehicle flow, verify credentials and/or permissions when required, and assist with directing guests, deliveries, and authorized personnel according to site procedures.;
Support daily closing and opening routines, observe for trespassing, property damage, and/or suspicious behavior, and communicate maintenance, lighting, or gate issues that could impact site operations.
