B Technician

Reports to:

Director/ Manager of Service

We are seeking a skilled A or B level Auto Technician to join our team. The primary responsibility is troubleshooting issues and repairing vehicles as assigned.

• Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately.
• Inspect computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade.
• Conduct routine maintenance work aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity.
• Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g., leaks).
• Provide accurate estimates for a repair or maintenance job.
• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements and published procedures.
• Road test vehicles when required or refer to the test technician.
• Participate in and utilize technical training as assigned.
• Ensure the return of the customer vehicle is timely and in top functionality as prior to being serviced.
• Provide administrative assistance necessary to complete warranty repair orders and other tasks assigned for completion of vehicle repair.
• Provide quality of work that is evidence of pride within your workmanship.
