Experienced Tower Climber Technicians; Orlando, FL

Job Description

Position:
Communications Tower Climber Technician (Wireless). Full‑time. Located in Florida and Southeast markets. Frequent travel and driving company vehicles may be required. Non‑local candidates must cover relocation costs. The role requires dependability, motivation, and strong installation, repair, and maintenance skills.

• Perform transmission line and antenna system installation.
• Conduct repair and maintenance on lighting systems.
• Troubleshoot, replace, and maintain 4G components, coax, jumpers, TMA’s, connectors, and weatherproofing.
• Perform antenna and path alignments.

• Minimum 2–5 years of tower telecom climbing experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Computer literacy (required).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience using the Sunsight Alignment tool.
• Certification with PIM and Sweep equipment (a plus).
• Experience performing transmission line and antenna system installation for 4G components, RRH’s, etc. (required).
• Experience with repairs and replacement of defective equipment.
• Com Train, OSHA 10, First Aid/CPR (required).
