Job Summary
We're hiring experienced Waste Industry CDL drivers who love life on the road - and value time off it.
Waste Pro has an exciting new opportunity for CDL drivers. Our new travel position provides the opportunity to utilize your waste industry driving experience to support Waste Pro by assisting new and established locations with contract startups and service relief. In this role you will travel within our footprint. This position is open to individuals living anywhere in the USA. Assignments will be up to 4 weeks in length with time off between assignments.
We are growing fast, and we need driven individuals to grow with us.
While providing pro team coverage, the rate of pay is $50 an hour. In addition to pay, Waste Pro covers work‑related travel expenses and provides a daily per diem.
The Waste Pro service footprint includes Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, Missouri, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
Essential Job Functions- Must have Waste Industry experience of 5 years or more (preferred).
- Ability and willingness to operate all equipment at the assigned site (excluding tractor trailers).
- Must meet the MVR hiring and annual review guidelines.
- Must have a proven safety record.
- Must be current in all required training.
- Must have no performance deficiencies.

- Physically able to bend at the waist and knees between 800 and 1,000 times a day.
- Physically able to work 8 to 12 hours in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, and snow).
Job Responsibilities
- Attend and participate in corporation‑sponsored training courses as assigned.
- Keep up‑to‑date on current technology relevant to Waste Pro operations.
