Admissions Partner

Rock City Enterprises is seeking an Admissions Partner to welcome guests and manage entry operations across our Green Bay restaurants, bars, and nightlife venues. You'll check in guests, verify IDs, manage lines and capacity, and handle cover charges or ticketing using our POS systems. In this guest-facing role, you provide friendly, efficient service, explain event details and policies, and help resolve concerns in a calm, professional manner.

You'll collaborate closely with security and venue teams to maintain safety and smooth traffic flow in a fun, fast-paced environment with room to grow.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in guests for venues and events
• Verify reservations, IDs, and age requirements accurately
• Manage lines, crowd flow, and capacity limits safely
• Operate POS system for cover charges and ticketing
• Provide clear information on events, pricing, and policies
• Resolve guest issues and escalate concerns as needed
• Coordinate with security and bar/restaurant teams
• Maintain organized entry areas and signage
• Follow cash handling and data privacy procedures
• Support promotional, VIP, and group admission programs
