Warehouse Partner

See Rock City Inc. seeks a Warehouse Partner to support its scenic tourism and entertainment operations on Lookout Mountain. This role receives, stocks, and organizes inventory for retail, food and beverage, and events, ensuring accurate counts and timely replenishment to multiple outlets. The Warehouse Partner loads and unloads shipments, stages orders, and maintains clean, safe storage areas. Working in a guest-focused, family-oriented culture, this position collaborates closely with operations and retail teams to keep products flowing, support special events, and uphold company standards of hospitality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Organize, label, and stock merchandise, food, and supplies in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, stage, and distribute orders to retail, food and beverage, and event locations on property.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts through periodic cycle counts and documentation.
• Operate pallet jacks or forklifts safely to move and load materials (if certified).
• Keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and compliant with company and safety standards.
• Coordinate with operations, retail, and events teams to meet product and delivery timelines.
• Assist with inventory preparation for seasonal events and peak tourism periods.
