Qualifications:

Associates Degree or equivalent experience in the clerical or secretarial field, general knowledge of general office practices.

Essential Job Functions:

• Greets public in person and on the telephone, provides general information, answers questions and directs individuals to appropriate party as necessary.
• Coordinate fingerprinting, collecting required documentation, and maintaining accurate personnel records.
• Performs general secretarial and clerical duties which includes typing and copying.
• Orders and maintains adequate inventory of office equipment and supplies.
• Sorts and distributes mail.
• Assists Accounts Payable with processing invoices into the computer system.
• Accepts complaints from customers and general public and takes appropriate corrective action.
