The Staff Pad is partnering with a large, technology-forward dental practice in the Sheffield area to identify an Associate Dentist for a high-growth opportunity.

The Opportunity
This is a growth-focused position designed to expand the practice’s capabilities in endodontics and molar procedures
, while continuing to support comprehensive general dentistry.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Work with advanced tools and technology daily
- Build skills in endo, implants, and complex cases
- Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team
- Place and restore implants with support as needed
- Assist with advanced procedures including sedation and sleep dentistry
- Collaborate with a highly efficient clinical team
- DDS or DMD (or eligible for Ohio licensure)
- 2–3 years of experience preferred; strong new graduates considered
- Interested in advanced dentistry and technology-driven care
- Growth-minded and motivated to expand clinical skillset
- Team-oriented with a patient-first approach
- Full-time (5 days per week)
