Qualifications/Requirements:
applicant must possess the appropriate grade-level and/or subject-area credentials: a currently-valid teaching license or certificate issued by the Ohio State Board of Education for Mathematics 7-12 or Integrated Mathematics 7-12, and must meet the teacher standards as defined in the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA). All school employees must be able to successfully pass a BCI & FBI criminal background check (prior to employment; cost to applicant is $47.25). All school employees must be able to successfully pass a drug test (prior to employment; district covers cost). Positive reference checks are required. Rate-of-Pay:
Assigned salary is based upon teacher salary grid: authorized years-of-teaching and/or military experience (verification required), and educational level - degree level plus additional semester hours of graduate-level coursework (official transcripts required upon hire). Note for reference:
Bachelor's Degree + 0 semester hours with 0 years experience = $45,913.17 (based upon the 2025/26 School Year teacher salary grid).
