Starting Hourly Rate$18.75 per hour (2026/27 school year)
QualificationsMust possess proficient written and verbal communication skills, in both English and Spanish, to assist our Spanish-speaking students and their families.
Required CertificationsA) Must be a properly certified under the provisions of the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) and the Ohio Revised Code (ORC) by evidencing one of the following requirements:
1) Associate of Arts Degree or higher (official transcripts required); OR
2) two years of college totaling 48 or more semester hours (official transcripts required); OR
3) passing score of 456 or higher on the Para Pro Assessment (copy of Para Pro Assessment results).
B) AND must have or be able to obtain an Educational Aid Permit through the Ohio Department of Education
