To expand our service and installation team, we are looking for an Industrial mechanic (m/f/d) specializing in field assembly —primarily for our transformer lines—who is highly committed and willing to travel, with reasonable travel times.

You ensure that our machines and systems are installed and commissioned on-site at the customer’s facility on schedule and to the required quality standards, and you ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Independent installation of our high-quality transformer systems at our factory and on-site at customer locations both domestically and internationally
• Commissioning in collaboration with electronics technicians and software engineers
• System acceptance and handover to the customer, including conducting customer training sessions
• Performing service tasks worldwide

You are the versatile specialist who, with a high degree of independence and precision, keeps our complex machines and systems running smoothly.

• Completed vocational training in a metalworking trade, e.g., industrial mechanics or mechatronics
• Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical engineering and experience in the assembly of large assemblies and units
• Strong knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics; knowledge of application engineering is also desirable
• High level of commitment, flexibility, and mobility (willingness to travel domestically and internationally)
• Strong English skills; knowledge of other foreign languages is desirable
