Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Inspector II, ANS

• Provide daily site inspection reports to verify compliance with approved plans, specifications and codes.
• Coordinate in the field with clients/owners, consultants, contractors, designers and regulatory agencies.
• Monitor and document contractor resource utilization (labor, materials and equipment) for field changes, time and material work, and assist with negotiation of basic field construction changes.
• Regularly attend and participate in construction meetings, safety meetings/updates and project site coordination meetings.
• Verify equipment and materials installation.
• Measure and record pay quantities.
• Review the contractor’s schedule.
• Coordinate 3rd‑party special material testing inspections.
• Review and provide input on potential change order issues.
• Maintain project records including safety documentation.
• Manage project photographic records.
• Conduct verification of field surveys.
• Maintain a daily report of all work site activities.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation: $30 - $35 an hour. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• In lieu of a degree, the candidate must have at least 5 years of construction‑related experience.
• Compliance with company vehicle policy is required or be willing to travel to various project areas as needed.
• Possess solid negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated skill in identifying, analyzing, and providing innovative solutions to problems, along with a high level of math aptitude.
• Ability to multi‑task several priorities and possess solid time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
