Finance Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, or related field (CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in a comparable Finance/Accounting role
• Experience managing a small team (at least 3 direct reports)
• Strong knowledge of general ledger and GAAP compliance
• Experience with financial reporting, planning, and forecasting
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems
• Experience with Global Management
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a high‑demand environment
• Experience ensuring tax compliance and supporting audits

• CPA certification
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Background in international/commercial organizations
• Experience working cross‑functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations
• Experience leading or supporting digital transformation initiatives (ERP migrations, AP workflow automation)
• Exposure to global finance teams and multi‑entity environments

• Prepare and deliver financial and management reporting
• Drive financial planning and forecasting processes
• Manage credit control processes in collaboration with sales teams
• Coordinate cash flow, financing, and banking relationships
