Knowledge/Experience in medical coding, High school diploma or equivalent, Computer experience, RHIT certification preferred.
Essential Job Functions- Assist in processing Legal requests.
- Assure that all medical record information is protected and kept confidential.
- File medical records and retrieve medical records upon request.
- Review medical records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with regulations.
