What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll work alongside our Physical Therapists to help patients improve mobility, restore function, and achieve their rehabilitation goals. Every day brings the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's life.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
  • Guiding and encouraging patients throughout their rehabilitation journey
  • Educating patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention
  • Assisting with discharge planning to ensure continued success after therapy
  • Completing accurate documentation and supporting department operations, including billing
  • Collaborating with an amazing interdisciplinary team dedicated to outstanding patient care

What You'll Need

Education

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Licensure

  • Current Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA) license

Experience & Skills

  • Ability to provide physical therapy services appropriate for patients across various ages and developmental levels
  • Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
  • Physical ability to assist with patient mobility and therapeutic equipment
